E’ l’aggiornamento diffuso dai Si Cobas dopo l’udienza (e il presidio solidale) che si è tenuta pochi giorni fa sulla richiesta, avanzata dalla Procura, di sei divieti di dimora in provincia di Bologna per altrettanti operatori sindacali, delegati e militanti del sindacato di base. “Volevano criminalizzare le nostre lotte… Volevano processare il diritto di sciopero… Volevano negare la libertà a dei compagni… Era questo che volevano… Avevano chiesto delle misure infami per fermare questa lotta che negli anni ha cambiato un intero sistema di sfruttamento nei luoghi di lavoro… Oggi non abbiamo vinto solo noi, oggi abbiamo vinto tutti”, scrivono i Si Cobas. “Ha vinto soprattutto chi ogni giorno ha il coraggio di alzare la testa e ribellarsi ai padroni… Tocca uno tocca tutti”.
L’Usb, intanto, segnala un nuovo sciopero in arrivo alla Fabio Perini di Calderara (e di Lucca), diffondendo un comunicato del Coordinamento Aziendale Italiano e della Rsu: “Il Coordinamento Aziendale Italiano, nelle valutazioni su questa fase così delicata, ritiene iniqua la risposta del gruppo dirigente nell’ottica sindacale di tutela degli organici, in particolare preoccupanti sono le prospettive del sito bolognese; come già riportato, proprietà e dirigenza FP confermano a parole la volontà di mantenere il settore Packaging, ma nei fatti da troppo tempo la strategia di questo gruppo sembra percorrere la strada opposta. Le Rsu continuano ad offrire contributi costruttivi nelle relazioni sindacali avanzando proposte congiunte per un rilancio della FP nei suoi vari comparti, soffermandosi in particolar modo sul sito di Calderara, proposte che però nell’ultimo incontro, da parte del Ceo, sono state trattate con sufficienza ed arroganza. La dirigenza continua a prendere tempo per decidere sul destino del sito di Bologna. Secondo quanto riportatoci dalla stessa direzione FP, il piano presentato alla Korber lo scorso 6 novembre è stato bocciato, chiedendo alla stessa di presentare un nuovo piano entro la 2a decade di gennaio. Riteniamo inaccettabile questo ulteriore protrarsi di tempo. Si rende necessario che la dirigenza FP anticipi alla proprietà la presentazione del nuovo piano, così come da noi richiesto nell’ultimo incontro Cai. A ciò, come già noto, si somma un’ulteriore criticità, la necessità di copertura economica alla vacanza contrattuale per il contratto integrativo in scadenza il 31 dicembre prossimo. Riteniamo quindi indispensabile che sia necessario dare un forte segnale di coerenza e unità come lavoratori e lavoratrici per rispondere a questo atteggiamento, e nel contempo chiedere alla proprietà un cambiamento di passo in merito agli esuberi!”. Per quanto riguarda Calderara, per martedì 3 dicembre si prevede un’ora di sciopero dalle 8 alle 9 con presidio all’ingresso dell’azienda (per i part-time proporzionato alle proprie ore) e dalle 9 alle 10 assemblea retribuita in mensa.
